About Me

As mentioned on my homepage, my name is Robyn. I live in the Metro Detroit area of the wonderful state of Michigan. I am a wife and mother to 11 fur babies. Three small dogs; Dudley, Chloe, and Gizmo as well as 8 cats; Honey Bunny, Shadow, Jada, Dolce, and Momma Miiko and her three baby girls; Oddie, Lola, and Lois. Seriously thought, it was only supposed to be the 3 dogs and 4 cats but we had an unplanned pregnancy when Momma Miiko found us in the spring of 2012 but we wouldn’t change a thing. Yes, we love animals and not so much kid’s lol.

I have always been very nerdy and crafty and I love being able to do that on a computer, which is where the nerdy part comes into play.  For the last ten years I have been teacking myself blog/web design, digital scrapbooking and designing, sewing and I have been dabbling in refinishing furniture pieces for my home and a little resale.  I also started a home based virtual assistant business six years ago when I lost my Senior Buyer position with one of the most successful promotion marketing companies in the US due to the economy/recession.  I have had three successful Real Estate clients throughout those years until I just became burnt out by the demands and last year in Dec 2012, I decided to go in a different direction and do something I discovered last Christmas 2012 that I love to do.  That was custom hand decorated sugar and flavored shortbread cookies.  So I have decided to start a new home based business creating unique custom hand decorated cookies to  sell at farmer markets and such.
